  • So isolates bad, concentrates good.

  • wow great info, didn’t realize isolate is bad. shocked he never talked about undenatured whey protein since it is totaly the healthiest but I wonder if it takes longer to digest though, the stuff is expensive too but I guess the best stuff always is. you get what you pay for as the saying goes lol.

  • No MSG in the Whey Concentrate or ANY of the products we sell as MSG is an excitotoxin that should be avoided.

  • Does Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein contain MSG? I just bought 5 pounds of it a week ago, so I would hate to just throw it away.

  • AND he backs things up with citations to the science!

  • As I said in the video avoid all protein isolates, only use the concentrates

  • i think Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein has protein isolate in it but it has the best review and is the best recommended whey protein powder by many sites and people. so isit still harmful to take this?

  • Ive been taking whey isolate for almost a year now…i went through around 10lbs of it….danm :(
